The Directors believe that opportunities exist to create value for shareholders through a properly-executed, acquisition-led strategy. In August Marwyn Materials Limited acquired Breedon Holdings (previously Ennstone PLC) and subsequently changed it's name. Breedon Aggregates Limited is the largest independent agrregates operator in UK after the five global majors.
